i dont understand where all the bad reviews are coming from… this is a hidden gem in alexandria where there are so many food choices… i been here twice… great food , very reasonable pricing… the crunchy beef tacos and the soft chicken tacos are tasty

So I went today and got the California burrito and four tacos. They were good. Very friendly guy at the counter. Food didn’t take long to come out. Hot sauce is excellent. Tacos are no longer 99 cents. $1.50 on Wednesday night and Sunday but that’s not too bad. I liked it.

This bar is legendary. We got amazing crush drinks and awesome picture for our experience. Everyone was so sweet and respectful. I highly recommend for couples to come here for vacation. We got the pictures from #hollywoodpictures and they were so beautiful and clear.

Tippys taco house has great service and the wait time from order to receiving your food is low. The tacos however are very low quality, you have to know what you're getting yourself into. If you're starving and want something cheap and quick this is the spot! I got chicken tacos and the chicken was definitely pre cooked and frozen then thawed and put in the tacos. If you don't mind that then there isn't any issues here.

Got 4 crispy beef tacos with extra cheese. Tacos were very hot but didn't really have too much of a taste not enough seasoning. Overall good and clean place. Didn't have to wait long for my food.

- food was decent, it was fresh but not the highest quality. - the guy working was extremely nice. - place was small on the inside but was nice and clean. - Prices are good and reasonable for the area. - service was quick. - had a few selection of beers and soda. - they don't give you chips and salsa, you have to order it. - overall not bad.

The owners are always so nice, helpful, and friendly! The crispy tacos and California burrito are delicious! You can't go wrong with an items. The new hours are Mon-Sat 11:00-9:00. Closed on Sunday.

Been going to Tippy's for over 30 years only found this location a few years ago. Love the food and everyone is always very nice and helpful. I especially like that food is made right after you order unlike taco bell.
